At THE UPRITE, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that meet our standards and your expectations. If for any reason your purchase doesn’t feel right, we’ve outlined a clear and straightforward return process below.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must:

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as:

Receiving the wrong item

A defective product

A damaged item upon arrival
Once your return request is submitted, we will inform you of the return shipping cost. After your approval, you’ll receive instructions to complete the return. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund once the item is received and processed.
Please note: Delays caused by customs clearance or carrier issues are outside our control and do not qualify as valid reasons for a return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
In these cases, THE UPRITE will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing takes up to 7 business days (excluding return shipping costs)
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or variant, please contact info@theuprite.com.
Once approved:

You’ll receive an invoice for the return shipping cost and any price difference

After payment, you’ll receive a return link (select “Exchange”)

Once the returned item is inspected, we’ll issue store credit via email, allowing you to place a new order
Return Refusals
THE UPRITE reserves the right to decline returns that:

Fall outside the 30-day return window

Do not meet the eligibility requirements

Are sent to an address other than the one provided through our return instructions
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly, often within a few hours. Because of this, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations once processing has begun.
If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist if the order has not yet been dispatched.
