At THE UPRITE, we know that fast and dependable delivery is an essential part of a great shopping experience. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.
Order Processing
All orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1 business day after purchase. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.
During busy periods, such as sales or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your understanding during these times.
Shipping Options
To suit different needs, THE UPRITE offers multiple delivery options, including standard and express shipping. Available methods may differ based on your location and the products in your order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on the order’s weight, size, and delivery destination.
United Kingdom – Import Charges
Orders with a total value of £140 or less (including shipping) are generally not subject to import duties.
For orders exceeding £140, UK customs authorities may apply import duties, VAT, or handling fees. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
If such fees are not paid, the shipment may be returned or destroyed, and THE UPRITE cannot issue a refund for these cases.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination country. While we do our best to meet these estimates, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as customs inspections, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues.
Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered the shipping process, changes can no longer be guaranteed.
Order Cancellation
We work quickly to get your order on its way. You have up to 2 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation.
To cancel, simply contact our support team via email at support@the-uprite.com making sure to include your order number.
